Where to put drinks in a billiards room
Keep the shot path and play surface clear.
Walk the cue path
Check where players stand and draw the cue back. A drink shelf that looks out of the way may still occupy a stroke area.
Separate the drink surface
Use a table or broad shelf away from the cloth and rails. Give the complete holder its 5.2-inch supported footprint.
Plan between-turn seating
Put drinks near seats used while waiting rather than where a player leans over a shot.
